Our holistic Pre-ETS curriculum offers tailored hands-on and online job skills training, encompassing career exploration, work-based learning, self-advocacy training, post-secondary counseling, and workplace readiness workshops to prepare students for real-world success.
In addition, our courses are delivered to suit individual student schedules and learning styles.
We provide Pre-ETS services throughout the academic year.

Course Objectives
We provide tailored support and guidance to help individuals with disabilities navigate the transition from school to the workforce successfully.
Career Exploration
Students will identify what they like and what they are good at, and explore how their skills and interests match with jobs available within their community.
Work Based Learning
Students will learn job skills in a real workplace setting to help them better prepare for actual employment opportunities in the future.
Introduction of Self Advocacy
Students will have an increased awareness of what they like and want, and how to talk about their interests at school, with friends, or at work. Students will also learn about their rights and how to ask for help or changes they need.
Post Secondary Counseling
Students will learn about what they can do and explore endless possibilities post-graduation! They will discover pathways to technical colleges, community colleges, universities, or specialized training programs. This course offers personalized one-on-one guidance and engaging group discussions to help meet the unique needs and goals of each student.
Workplace Readiness
Students will learn skills and behaviors they need for any job. This includes things like how to work well with others, how to be a good employee, and how to better prepare for a job.
