Partnering with Alief ISD to Support Student Growth and Staff Development

4 The Future Consulting Group is proud to be a current vendor with Alief Independent School District, providing services that strengthen both student success and educator capacity.

Our offerings include Curricular and Extracurricular Student Enrichment Services and Professional Development Services, tailored to meet the evolving needs of today’s schools.

Our student enrichment initiatives are designed to close academic gaps and promote achievement through targeted supports such as STAAR preparation, Social and Emotional Learning, and PBIS-aligned services. These offerings not only enhance academic outcomes but also foster improved student behavior, emotional regulation, and essential life skill development.

In addition, we deliver high-impact professional development experiences for educators and staff, equipping them with practical strategies and tools to support instructional excellence, student engagement, and school-wide improvement.

As part of our work in Alief ISD, we also provide Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) for high school students ages 14–22, supporting their readiness for life beyond graduation through career exploration, workplace readiness, and self-advocacy skill-building.
