She has extensive experience in program coordination, community engagement, and relationship-building. Her work serves diverse populations, including at-risk youths, individuals with developmental disabilities, and families navigating behavioral and mental health challenges. She brings both expertise and compassion to her work.
A native Houstonian and former All-American collegiate sprinter at The University of Texas at Austin, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Science in Psychology. Her strong educational foundation, combined with her professional and personal experiences, has shaped her approach to educational support and youth advocacy.
Zenobia holds multiple professional certifications, including YAM Certified Instructor, CANS & ANSA, and Nurturing Parents, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practices and professional excellence. She is recognized for her ability to develop effective programs and create strategic outreach initiatives that strengthen connections between schools, students, and families.
As a mother of two, Zenobia understands the importance of empathy, transparency, and resilience. Her dedication to fostering strong partnerships between schools and our agency ensures students and families receive meaningful support, making her an invaluable part of our team.
