MEET THE FOUNDER
Twitty McCoy, M.Ed.
Founder & Principal Director
With more than 23 years of experience in public and charter education across Louisiana and Texas, Twitty McCoy has an extensive background in educational leadership, school improvement, transition services, and workforce development. Her work includes mentoring and coaching nearly 22 campus leaders and more than 175 teachers, as well as supporting over 5,000 youth and young adults.
Her commitment to education and advocacy is both professional and personal. As a mother of three, including two neurodivergent learners, and as someone who personally navigates ADHD, Twitty understands the challenges individuals and families encounter within educational systems. These experiences have influenced her approach to supporting individuals with diverse learning needs and helping families access appropriate resources and services.
Twitty holds a master's degree in Student Development and Leadership in Education from Angelo State University, along with professional credentials in Director Services, Job Skills Training, Job Placement, and Work Readiness. Since establishing 4 The Future Consulting Group in 2018, she has continued working with educators, school districts, and community partners to provide quality programs and services.
“At 4 The Future, our commitment is simple: to provide youth, young adults, educators, and families with the tools, strategies, and guidance needed to achieve lasting success in school, work, and life.”
