At the heart of 4 The Future Consulting Group is Twitty McCoy, a passionate educator, advocate, and visionary leader. With over twenty years of experience across public and charter schools in Louisiana and Texas, Twitty has devoted her career to supporting at-risk youths and young adults, including those with disabilities, in achieving meaningful success academically, socially, and in preparing for career and life opportunities.

Her work is both professional and deeply personal. As a mother of three, including a neurodivergent learner, Twitty has firsthand experience navigating the challenges families face in supporting students with diverse needs. Growing up alongside a sister with a hearing impairment and managing her own journey with ADHD, she developed a profound understanding of the barriers that can prevent youths from thriving. These personal experiences, combined with her professional expertise, inspired her to create 4 The Future Consulting Group, a company driven by purpose, empathy, and excellence.

Since founding 4 The Future Consulting Group in 2018, Twitty has worked closely with school districts throughout the Texas region, forming impeccable relationships with educators, administrators, and community partners. She has mentored and coached nearly 22 campus leaders, over 175 teachers, and positively impacted more than 5,000 youths and young adults. Twitty specializes in developing innovative, results-driven programs that support academic growth, social-emotional development, and career readiness for youths and young adults. She builds and strengthens connections between schools, families, and the broader community, serving as a trusted parent advocate and community liaison. In this role, she provides guidance and support to at-risk populations and those with diverse abilities, while fostering collaborative solutions that create lasting impact.

Twitty holds a Master’s degree in Student Development and Leadership in Education from Angelo State University. As a mother, mentor, and believer, she leads 4 The Future Consulting Group with compassion, vision, and a deep commitment to supporting youths, young adults, families, and schools.
